DNS servers play a major role in IPTV streaming . While there are no mandatory tasks to improve internet speeds, we can make many smaller tweaks and improvements. These improvements work together to increase our overall internet speed and the DNS servers play an essential role.

You buy directly from the source and not from the reseller. In this way we can offer you such a cheap price.
You can use your IPTV subscription on multiple devices BUT DO NOT WATCH AT THE SAME TIME otherwise the server will automatically BLOCK your code .
You can switch to another device. Here you should inform us the information of the new IPTV device, such as name of IPTV app and device, mac address. If you can do that yourself and send your url m3u link to your new mac address yourself, you don't have to tell us.
Important: IPTV customers who move or go on holiday to other countries and want to use their IPTV subscription there, they must inform us of the country name and we will adjust their account. Remember, if you return, you must give us the country name again.
This is not possible with CCAM (Combi, Satellite or Cable) . If you do use multiple devices or a device with multiple tuners, you will receive a warning. If this happens again after this, we will permanently block your subscription.
Do you still want to watch simultaneously on multiple devices and/or want to be able to watch one channel and record the other? Then you can take out multiple subscriptions. There are also no discounts here.
Nor is it allowed to watch one channel and record another with one subscription.
You may also order more than one subscription on an account.
Our new server uses Geo-blocking . It is a firewall technology to protect our service and that means your IPTV linked to a country that you first connect to our IPTV server.
Do you use VPN or want to use your subscription in several countries (do not watch at the same time)? Then select Yes when ordering. See picture.
Do you want to disable the geo-lock of your subscription to use VPN or use it in another country? Then send us email about disable geo-lock. Always state your order number with this email.
We already tell in our website and activation email that it is best NOT to use M3U file in your IPTV app but ALWAYS use URL m3u link.
With URL m3u link you get autoupdate channel list and so all channels will work properly and add new channels in your list.
With M3U file your channel list will NOT auto-update so you won't get any new channels and many channels will stop.
You can find your URL m3u link in your activation email.
Have you lost this email? Then log into your account here: https://iptv-4k.co/shops/my-account/
Then go to Order then you will see your order number(s) and click on VIEW (See photo)
There you will find all the email we have sent to you!
Search for activation email and there you will find your url m3u link.
In addition to the IPTV subscription, you also need the Smart IPTV app. Most apps are 7 days trial (trail version), Nanomid app is 14 days. after that you can activate it yourself via the app website itself.
Note: After activating the Smart IPTV app, all channels will be deleted and you must send the channel to the app again. If not successful, ask us to send your channels to your app again.
All IPTV apps are not included in the IPTV subscriptions. Is that clear!?
You pay €5.49 for Smart IPTV activation (app bought) via the app website and not from our website!
The Smart IPTV app is just a media player app and has no IPTV channels.
Read that in the app website: https://siptv.app/activation/
The Smart IPTV app activation is not included in the IPTV subscriptions.
You pay €0.99 for a 24-hour IPTV test and not a 7-day test. The 7 days trial is for the Smart IPTV APP itself and not IPTV.
Have a look at the photo:
Read the product description: https://iptv-4k.co/product/smart-iptv-24-uur/
You can activate the app yourself for €5.49 via siptv.eu/activation/
The Smart IPTV app activation is not included in the IPTV subscriptions.
We can help you remotely with the installation.
We use Anydesk.com for this . You can download it for your PC from the website below: www.anydesk.com After installation, send an Anydesk ID to our support team so that we can connect to your computer.

To get a good picture, it is very important that the IPTV device has sufficient speed and that the internet on the device is stable .
Please. don't compare VOD , Netflix or YouTube with IPTV because IPTV is LIVE and the rest are not. As a result, IPTV needs a stable and sufficient internet speed.
STABLE INTERNET:
The device on which you watch IPTV must have a constant 8 Mbit internet connection and 12 Mbit for Full HD channels in order to be able to watch properly. Your provider may indicate that you get 100 or 150 Mbit. However, this does not mean that the device on which you watch the IPTV actually receives 8 Mbit (12 Mbit for Full HD channels) internet.
Speed fluctuations can be caused by other devices on your network using the Internet or a cable malfunction.
Keep in mind that the other devices on your network share your internet speed.
We also notice this problem often with DSL, cable, 3G, 4G internet provider because this technology is not 100% stable like fiberglass.
VPN connection is also not stable SO please. don't use it otherwise you may get buffing and/or connection error.
You should therefore test the speed on the cable to which your IPTV device is connected. Perform the test at different times of the day to also make fluctuations in the connection visible.
For Speed test: http://www.speedtest.net
For stable test (: http://ping-test.net/
Please send us a picture of your test.
You can always check our server status at: uptime.iptv-4k.co
CONNECTION WITH CABLE
It is best to connect your IPTV device to the internet using the cable as there are many factors that influence the performance of wireless networks:
- Physical obstacles. (walls, etc.)
- Network range and distance between devices.
- Wireless network interference.
- Shared signal.
These factors can cause WiFi to get a fluctuating signal. Due to this changing signal, the image quality or sound problem can then be less. It is therefore preferable to use the internet cable.
Do not use power plugs (POE) when connecting the internet cable.
MODEM
It may also be possible that your modem is outdated. This may be fixable with an update. Or it is so outdated that it needs to be replaced. Reset your modem and see if this solves the problem.
THIS STEP ONLY FOR LG SMART TV (WebOS and Smart IPTV APP version 2.1.56 or older). There is no longer a selection of Stream Player Type or HLS Mode in new Smart IPTV version.
If you are having problems with your LG TV's buffering, sound problem, error connection, please
try the following;
Go to the Smart IPTV app menu and try the following settings;
Stream Player Type – change from WEBOS to NC MPEG
HLS mode – If you have LG Smart TV model from 2015 then try to disable it .
If it's still not fun then try the following:
This step assumes you are connected to your router via a network cable as WiFi is not recommended for these TVs)
Switch off the TV, unplug it for 1 minute and then plug it back in.
If this fails, try rebooting your router.
Try the IPTV app and update your TV firmware to the latest version.
Connect your TV to the internet DIRECTLY to the main modem via cable and not via WiFi, POE plug or other Router (Switch).
Also try to update the Smart IPTV app.
There are two possible reasons:
1. After Smart IPTV app update, the mac address may change.
2. Each TV has 2 MAC addresses (the first is WiFi, the second is Ethernet) and a 2nd MAC will be activated automatically after you switch to another connection type and restart the app. The MAC address is unique for each TV and cannot be changed manually.

update: 29-8- 2020
From 8/29/2020 we are offering a new IPTV package that can re-stream many channels to Cromcast.
We do not guarantee this due to compatible streaming codec of each channel.
1 – WHAT IS IPTV?
Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) uses the Internet to transmit television programs to your TV. IPTV uses a broadband internet connection to bring the best international programming straight to your home without a satellite dish. Simply connect your receiver to your IPTV internet from your home and TV, then sit back and enjoy.
2 – WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TRADITIONAL AND SATELLITE IPTV PROGRAMMING?
Traditional satellite dish requires the customer to install a dish where it is located. IPTV offers a unique solution for customers who cannot program via satellite (due to the lack of satellite view or the apartment with its limitations). IPTV offers higher quality and cheaper than traditional satellite services.
3 – WHAT DO I NEED TO WATCH TV? To install and use the IPTV you need the following: High-speed internet connection (recommended or higher) of at least 8.0 Mbps. A working Smart TV, IPTV Box, PC or other IPTV device. The receiver of the IPTV.
4- HOW DO I CHECK MY INTERNET SPEED AND QUALITY?
Use the speed test server below to test your internet connection. Do this a few times a day. This will give you a good idea of the overall internet speed available to you. A stable 8.0 Mbps for HD channels and 12 Mbps for Full HD is the minimum requirement.
For Speed test: http://www.speedtest.net/
For stable test: http://ping-test.net/
Please send us a photo of your test.
5 – CAN I USE THE IPTV IF I LIVE IN AN APARTMENT?
Yes, IPTV is perfect for people living in an apartment! IPTV works well wherever there is fast internet. Including apartment buildings, other tall buildings, or because a satellite television dish cannot be installed in your home. Do you often travel? Take the IPTV and watch your favorite programs on the go or at your temporary destination. You must tell us which country you are going to and we will adjust your IPTV account.
6- CAN I BUY IPTV IF I DO NOT QUALIFY FOR SATELLITE SERVICE?
Yes, you can purchase and use IPTV if you are not eligible for a satellite TV service. Because IPTV sends international programming to your TV via the Internet, no satellite dish is required. To be eligible, you need a super fast internet connection of at least 8.0 Mbps or higher and must be stable.
7- WHY CAN'T I ACCESS MY ACCOUNT?
Please check your network connection first, reboot your router and device and try again. If your network connection is not a problem, check if your account is being used on other devices. because you can't watch through more than one device at the same time.
8- I'M NOT IN / I'M NOT FROM THE US / CAN I SUBSCRIBE?
Yes. Our service is available to everyone worldwide. Sign up here.
9- CAN I USE MY SUBSCRIPTION ON MULTIPLE DEVICES?
You can connect the subscription to multiple devices . HOWEVER, you can only watch on one device at a time . Otherwise the server will automatically block your code.
10- IS MY SUBSCRIPTION ACTIVE IMMEDIATELY AFTER I HAVE PAID?
The subscription is active from the moment you receive your activation email in your email.
11- HOW DO I CHECK MY DEVICE?
– Check if you entered your activation details correctly.- Check your network connection, reboot your router and device and try again.- If you have a PC/laptop or similar connected to the same internet network, check if you are not overloading your network with downloading or watching movies, etc… on these devices.- Your internet must have a minimum of 8 Mbit download and 1 Mbit upload speed and it must be stableFor example downloading or watching movies. This is very important for low end devices.- Check if your ISP is having problems in your area, an excellent site to check is downdetector.com or through your ISP's website.- Try uninstalling and reinstalling your app/program to install, your activation will not be lost.
12- MY CHANNELS ARE NOT WORKING?
We strive to offer you a high level of service at very competitive rates. So keep this in mind first of all. If a channel is down, we'll do our best to restore it. Before reporting a channel to us, please use the guidelines below:- Stop and give it a few minutes. We reboot and exchange channels as needed. The channel may come back. When this happens on all channels, check your the following:- Reboot your devices and wait 30 seconds before turning them back on (STBs, Android boxes, routers, cable modems)- Make sure you connects to devices via a LAN cable (Ethernet) and not via WiFi.
13– PROBLEMS WITH CHANNELS?
While watching a channel, if the service was interrupted, simply select another channel and open it back to the original channel to see if it's playing now. This may be due to a short interruption in transmission. The software will stop momentarily under these circumstances but recover quickly.
14- BUFFERING ON CHANNELS?Sometimes you may experience buffering due to low internet speed or heavy internet traffic. Causes: The most common cause of buffering is the result of a slow internet connection. This could be due to slow internet speed or other users using the bandwidth in your home. Do you have many users at home? Disconnect them all and try again Another reason may be that you are trying to watch over Wi-Fi which may not be suitable for watching TV. It is best to use a direct (LAN) connection to the internet network to watch without interruptions and in a smooth display. Solutions: Connect directly to your router using a LAN cable (Ethernet) or with a powerline adapter. If this is not possible, move the box closer to the router. Or change your WI-FI channel to avoid interference with nearby devices. If you experience buffering, press “pause” for 10-15 seconds. Then the channel continues without buffering.
15- ALL CHANNELS ARE BLANK?
If you are using a set-top box such as MAG or AVOV and have just set up your device with our service, you will need to perform a hard reset of your device. Simply turn off your device, unplug your power cable and plug it back in. For Kodi, you need to clear the cache. If this fails, try reinstalling Kodi yourself.
16- SOME CHANNELS ONLY HAVE SOUND WITHOUT PICTURE?
Due to the decoder setting problem, some channels have only sound without picture.
- Go to Settings on your device/app/program.
- Choose Native or Hardware for the decoder. (try which codec work well)
- Restarting.
17- SOME CHANNELS ARE NOT WORKING (BLACK SCREEN / BROKEN VOICE)?
We cannot promise that all channels will work properly due to your internet speed, technical issues with individual channels, or if an incompatible device/app/program is used.
18- MY M3U LINK DOES NOT WORK?
If the link doesn't work, always check the link on the PC using the VLC software. If it works, it means something is wrong with your setup. When entering your M3U link, make sure you do not enter a space and do not use your M3U link on other devices. If the link doesn't work on your PC after troubleshooting, please contact us.
19- I CAN'T WATCH, AM I BLOCKED?
Check if your account is being used on other devices. If so, visit www.whatismyip.com on a computer on your network to find your IP address. Then send your IP address to us to recover it.
Please note that one subscription can only be used on one device at a time, otherwise your account may be banned due to automatic protection. We only fix it 2 times per subscription. If your account is banned again after recovery, please contact us.
* If you abuse our service by using multiple devices for one subscription, please note that we may permanently ban your subscription.
20- WHY IS MY ACCOUNT NOT WORKING ON MY MAG BOX OR STB EMULATOR?
– Did you give us the correct MAC address?
– Are you using a firewall, proxy or VPN? If so, our servers will not allow you to connect.
– Is your internet speed at the recommended minimum – 8 Mbps for HD channels – or higher?
– Is your device wired in (Ethernet) or is it connected wirelessly (WiFi or mobile data)? Ethernet will always be faster and more stable; Use Ethernet, if you can.
– Are your device specs powerful enough to handle live HD streaming effortlessly?
– If you are using an STB emulator, did you follow the steps in our guide on how to set up Android STB Emulator?
– If you are using an STB emulator, have you tried clearing your app cache and then restarting your device?
– If you are using a MAG box, have you tried rebooting your device?
– If you are using an Android device / MAG box, have you tried logging out and then resetting your device?
– Have you double-checked the server portals we sent you in the activation email?
